We have made significant improvements to the property to preserve its structural integrity and historic condition since it was purchased including a new standing seam metal roof, repainted porches, wood protection measures, new funiture, a shower, internet, security cameras, new docks and new lighting. To accomodate our family during our annual summer vacation at Tali Chito, we had a wonderful local craftsman create 2 sets of bunk beds made out of local wood.
